PyP Restaurant is a concept created by Chef Waldy. The focus is cooking with fresh Puerto Rican products, sourced weekly from local fishermen and farmers.

The specialty is seafood and Puerto Rican cuisine with a creative turn. A considered wine list and house cocktails — made with unique ingredients prepared in-house — complete the table. Vegetarian and vegan options are also on the menu.

In a short time the restaurant has been recognized by magazines such as El Viajero in Spain and invited to take part in Puerto Rico Restaurant Week.
