The idea

Chef Waldemar Marrero

PyP is Chef Waldy’s concept: cook with Puerto Rican product, bought weekly from local fishermen and farmers. The house specialty is seafood and Puerto Rican cooking with a creative turn, a considered wine list, and original cocktails.
